Ladies Bob Graham record smashed.Nicky Spinks who last year set a new lakes 24-hour record by summiting 63 peaks has now shattered the ladies Bob Graham
record which has stood for 21 years by knocking off an amazing 37 minutes.
The record is all the more impressive as it was done in some truly terrible weather encountering hail, strong winds, heavy rain and thick fog
In grim conditions which would have driven most contenders off the hill, she stormed round the 42 peaks and 70-odd miles in 18 hours 12 minutes.
