Mountain Training Hills skills course
The course follows the usual MT Hill skills syllabus. Planning – how to successfully plan a day in the hills in the UK or Ireland. Hill skills – what things should you consider while out walking and what can make life easier (pace, nutrition, movement skills etc.).
